F.A.Q. - New Ducat programme
The New Ducat is an innovative loyalty and partner programme that rewards engagement, collaboration and value-based community building. Instead of standard loyalty points, participants earn ND Ducats - a new form of "currencies of the future".
The programme is aimed at:
- individual customers who want to benefit,
- companies and local businesses building the loyalty of their customers,
- strategic partners and Ambassadors to support the development of the ND community.
New Ducats are awarded for, among other things:
- purchasing and recommending products and services through the ND programme,
- inviting new users and companies,
- active participation in community initiatives and events,
- contributing to the ND community as an Ambassador.
Ducats can be exchanged for:
- access to exclusive events, training and workshops,
- products and services offered at the New Ducat Club,
- special offers available exclusively to programme participants,
- vouchers, discounts from partners and other prizes.
The New Ducat is not a currency or a cryptocurrency - it is a point-based social value whose strength comes from the benefits offered by the community and the Programme Partners. Password "Your currency of the future" symbolises an alternative circulation of values - outside the traditional financial system.
For individual customers, participation in the programme is free - as long as they receive a loyalty card from one of the Partners.
Companies, customers and ambassadors can join the programme by purchasing a starter package from 200 ND, which allows for flexible tailoring of the offer to meet marketing, promotional and community needs.
The nominal value of 1 ND ranges from 1 to 2 PLN - depending on the size of the package and current promotions. It is worth keeping an eye out for opportunities to purchase Ducats at preferential prices.
Ambassadors are individuals who actively promote the programme, support new participants and help companies integrate into the ND ecosystem. They gain access to special bonuses, privileges and trusted partner status.

You will receive a welcome package and access to promotional material and partner tools.
The club is a closed community where members have access to dedicated events, offers and business contacts. It is a space for knowledge sharing, personal development and shared value building.

Ducats are valid indefinitely as long as the user remains active. With prolonged inactivity, they may be temporarily frozen, but can be fully recovered when you re-engage with the programme.
